This is how Desiree described her idea of a “perfect life”-
My idea of a “perfect Life” has changed throughout my life. I thought one thing in my teens, another in my twenties, have taken all of it in and now in my thirties truly understand what a perfect life looks like. Its not about the things you have or what others may think, the perfect life to me is having a husband that you can’t live without and life and love that you share unconditionally. Its waking up every day and thanking the Lord for who he has brought into your life and to have the ability to be yourself with. Its having your life consumed with so much joy and excitement that you every once in a while have to pinch yourself to ensure your not dreaming. Its experiencing happiness to its fullest when you didn’t think happiness could actually happen to you. Its having the ability to share the same dreams, hopes and wishes with the person you call your husband. Its knowing that in 4 weeks, your dreams of becoming a parent, a mother, are actually coming true for you.The perfect life is having friends and family surround you with love, encouragement and support no matter what.
For the first time in my life, I finally feel I have the “Perfect Life”. It goes to show that if you can take away the positive from every situation, no matter how hard it is to get through it, someday it will all come together, it will make sense and it will lead you to your perfect life.
